This program, created in honor of Sheila Eisenberg, will award scholarships on an annual basis to low-income high school students who have shown tremendous potential and interest in the field of real estate and its role in transforming communities. In its inaugural year, two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to two students who have graduated from Embarc, a three year program that provides community-driven, experience-based learning opportunities to low-income high school students to inspire and prepare them for college and career success. This need-based scholarship is designed to help break down barriers to success by providing financial support to help cover the cost of college tuition.
