20 Optima Signature showcases the best of Chicago living. Reimagining an American icon, the Willis Tower, from street to sky. Career Day is an educational outreach forum designed for young people who want to build careers in real estate. The two-day event is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to network with industry leaders, while gaining real-life exposure to the world of Chicago real estate amongst top professionals. Career Day 2017 (Nov. 9-10) features two dynamic site tours, including one of Optima Signature, a joint venture between Optima Inc. and DeBartolo Development, which boasts 57 stories, 490 modern residences, 1.5 acres of amenity space, and 65,000 SF of commercial and retail space in the Streeterville neighborhood. The second tour will be of the iconic Willis Tower, owned by Blackstone, as it's restored and transformed from street to sky by a recent $500 Million investment. Career Day 2017 will also include a Young Guns Dinner with "rising stars" at Gino's East, a roundtable luncheon with industry leaders, and a Career/Internship Fair. Here's what students have to say about Career Day: "Career Day helped me make my decision to go into real estate!" "The Career Day site tours were an invaluable way to see the concepts we learn about in action." "This is one of the best educational and networking opportunities I've ever been given." "Career Day is the best exposure I've ever had to professionals within the industry and to their experiences." "Classrooms are worthless compared to this!"
