23 The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation is committed to advancing the career paths of real estate students through unique educational programs and the opportunity to connect with and learn from industry leaders. These connections are often the first step towards a rewarding and well-rounded career in real estate. Connecting Students with Industry Leaders The beginning of a beautiful relationship Mentorship & Career Counseling Programs - Our cornerstone education initiative, the Mentor Program, offers students the opportunity to spend a full-day shadowing an industry leader. Mentees have a front row seat to the real estate world through these intimate one-on-one day-long journeys. Our Career Counseling Program offers students the opportunity to meet with an industry leader for short career counseling sessions lasting approximately one hour. Speaker Series - The Speaker Series connects real estate experts with students and business professionals through panel discussions, presentations or forums customized to the needs of the audience. Topics range from basic real estate principals and industry trends to offering key insights and suggesting financial strategies in the ever- changing world of real estate. Real Estate Networking Events - These events, held throughout the year, give current and former real estate students who have participated in the Foundation's educational programs the opportunity to network and connect with one another and with the real estate executives who so generously offer their time to the organization. Career/Internship Fair - Our annual Career Day program culminates with the Career Fair as a resource to both students and companies seeking new hires. Real estate companies have access to the best and the brightest students in the Midwest, many of whom find jobs as a result. Summer Internship Program - Our program matches students with dedicated Chicago area based companies and professionals for an immersive experience in the real working world of real estate. Job Opportunities (webpage) - The Foundation is a bridge between real estate students and real estate professionals. As such, our website features a section where potential employers can post job opportunities. Philanthro P y i n a ction Gastrointestinal Cancer Research
